Terri loves to spend her free time outdoors- gardening, hiking, camping and skiing.

Debbie Roberts is our Financial Planning Analyst. Debbie's background includes six years in Business Operations and Financial Services for T-Mobile and over two years at Russell Investments in Corporate Finance. She holds a BS in Finance from Central Washington University and has completed the Certified Financial Planning education program at Colorado Technical University. Debbie plans to sit for the CFP exam.

Originally from Montana, Debbie lived in Seattle for 18 years before relocating to Colorado Springs in 2008. Debbie volunteers for Urban Peak and enjoys hiking, camping, music, and traveling.

Judy Taylor is our office Administrator and Client Service Manager. Judy has worked previous jobs in office management and assistance within the financial services industry for the past 10 years. In her current position, Judy provides assistance and service to our clients’ needs that help them to carry out their financial goals. Judy lives in the Colorado Springs area with her husband and family.

Outside of work, Judy likes to spend time staying physically active, enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren and always enjoys a glass of good red wine!

Susan McDowell is our Business Analyst and Web Developer. Susan has worked in variety of Software and Web Development positions over the last 23 years with firms such as FEDEX, AT&T and MCI. She has been with Pinnacle since 2007.

Susan holds a BSBA in Information Systems and an MBA in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado. In her spare time, Susan enjoys golf, skiing and travel.
